Skating Lessons

There are two ways to take lessons. Skate School or with a private coach.

The Palisades Skating School follows the U.S. Figure Skating Basic Skills program. It is designed to serve the needs of both recreational and competitive skaters. The curriculum keeps skaters enthusiastic about learning from the time they begin lessons until the time they reach their goals. Whether they want Olympic fame, Hockey or to simply enjoy the recreational benefits of skating, the Basic Skills Program is the place to start!

The Palisades Skating School sessions are 7 or 8 weeks each. Each student received two public skate coupons to practice. Skating School registration can be found here.
